Black Men Meditating

Should Black Men Meditate?

If modern-day American society could have it their way, they would continue pushing the narrative that the school of mindfulness meditation and Yoga originated in India under the Budda ancient spiritual regime. The truth of the matter is, the geographical region of India rests in the historical parameter of Africa’s landmass. India, as we know it, is Africa. However, due to many false narratives of African history, the African lineage of India has been altered and buried in a false trajectory bestowed upon this cultural group by Europeanism rule and colonization.

The question is, “should Black men meditate”? The answer, “yes we as Black men should mediate”, why? Because we, the Black man are the original spiritual beings that discovered this golden process of communion and healing with our creator under Kemetian spiritual practices in ancients of ancient Egypt of yesterday. The School of Mindfulness, Yoga, and Yogic principles are carved on every Egyptian wall through its region in remembrance of the original African descendants.

With so much uncertainty in the world right now for African descendants of Kemet, we must learn and study our history and revert back to ancient spiritual practices of healing and resilience forward. Once we do, the spirit of our ancestors will provide guidance encased within our Heart and Soul Chakra to resist the harms we face from those who consistently try to keep us from knowing our personal power, and who we really are as a communal group of people.

The spiritual order of extreme miracles and the unexplained phenomenon is authentically owned by Africa and it’s descendants. We are the Pyramids in the made of human flesh of a Dark Hue. we are the Alpha and Omega.

We are the truth that the unanointed, chosen, and appointed don’t want us to ever discover, which is our true power and relentless favor with the universe. Despite the most deliberate attempts to alter our mind, body, and spirit through some of the most aberrant cruel tactics ever imagine on any other ethnic group, we still stand in the fight for Equal Justice.

Yes! Black men should meditate and practice the school of mindfulness in all that we do. In our daily mindfulness must practices we must do maintenance on our mental health strengthening, self-leadership, self-discovery and discovery of others, effective communication, educational enrichment practices, and love and support one another.

I know it looks bad right now with Global Warming, Politics gone Wild, and Rogue Criminal Injustices practices, and many other actions often beyond our comprehension. However, if we practice authentic mindfulness meditation in the spirit of our ancestors, we can find the answers to our questions, heal, restore, and renew the Dark Nights of our African Souls.
